Aspec Construction was established in 1986 and since then has grown in both reputation and presence throughout the North Island of New Zealand, with a proven ability to deliver hassle free’ projects. Aspec Construction has four specialised departments Construction , Interiors , Commercial Property Maintenance Services , and Design and Build. Each of our departments has an extensive portfolio of successfully completed projects. Aspec Construction’s culture is evident in the way we behave, honour our commitments and collaborate with all stakeholders clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and work colleagues.

Aspec Construction’s Quality Assurance plans utilise the latest technology available to ensure effective delivery of our projects, and are integrated into every aspect of the construction process. Each project has a distinct Quality Assurance Plan tailored to suit the project and our client’s specific requirements.
Aspec Construction is committed to protecting, restoring and sustaining the physical environment, and employs environmental systems to ensure the company achieves a level exceeding that required by relevant legislation, codes of practice and standards.
