Angela Craig founded Bullet Proofreading Services Limited in 2009 after many years of working in communications in some of New Zealand's leading companies. Prior to setting up Bullet, Angela worked in the telecommunications, banking and insurance fields training front line staff in oral and written communication. She has experience in running communication workshops, and developing policies and procedures relating to both internal and external communications. After five years of providing proofreading services, Angela noticed a need for proofreading training.
Many of Bullet's clients were asking Angela to run workshops to help improve their own general proofreading skills. It was also apparent that there was a need for more professional proofreaders who could provide the kind of quality service Bullet's clients appreciate. She is also a qualified teacher and has worked in schools teaching English in England and New Zealand
