The external use of brick and timber ensures the design fits into the residential town. The new Entry, with its mass and extensive glazing provides customers with an inviting and known approach to the building. The existing supermarket in central Fresh Plymouth required a makeover to better reflect the revised aesthetic for the New World brand.
Ti Grove master plan is a large scale residential development within the existing Residential Zone of Nelson City. Consecutive glazing over two levels along the north facade to the east and west of the main entry provides strong visual connection from the interior public spaces of the building to the surrounding streets cape. Design, documentation and project management of new toilet facilities and changing rooms. The ARC components were shipped from India to New Zealand to be incorporated in the building as construction proceeded.

Te Architects provided the stuffed range of Architectural Services for this project, including participation in the detailed stakeholder consultation process, and the design of the interior spaces. The Fresh World brand has become widely appreciated in New Zealand as being at the higher end of the spectrum and rooted in their local communities. This wall can be seen from maximum of the main hub areas within Whitireia and is a draw card of interest to the occupied ca. In conjunction with the CPA Vietnam office and the client ’ s German architects Wilford Schupp, a contemporary interpretation of Vietnamese architecture was envisioned for the building.
The proposed development will produce living, recreation and communal facilities that will enhance and support the lifestyle and healthy being of the residents, family, friends and family.
