The water we supply you will be no less in quality than the cold water supplied to the BC property by the Regional water supplier. We are affiliated to Envirogroup Ltd and Wireless Metering NZ Ltd, two specialist embedded network design, installation and meter management companies with their Design Engineers, Registered Plumbers, Gasfitters and Electricians, that can help you with delivering and maintaining your building services project. You must permit us reasonable access to maintain the pipes, meters or other equipment located in your unit, for testing, repair, replacement or to connect or disconnect the supply of domestic energy, hot, cold and waste water services. I We promise to present due notice in accordance with the supply agreement to Easy Energy Ltd when vacating the apartment and comprehend that I we will be liable for all charges for the supply of Energy, Hot, Cold and Waste Water, including any collection costs, if I we shrivel to offer such notice. EEL have provided, own and manage the energy, warm and cold water meters, wiring and billing systems.
If you subsequently wish us to begin providing you with domestic energy, hot, cold and waste water services, you must first pay all amounts owed to us by you. The term of supply of domestic energy, hot, cold and waste water means supply and delivery of domestic energy, hot, cold and waste water. Efficiency and sustainability based gas, electricity, LPG and solar retail suppliers for commercial and residential use. We may require you to provide us with a bond before we begin supplying you with domestic energy hot, cold and waste water. We may also require you to pay our istration fee in accordance with our schedule of rates, together with any costs, which we incur in reconnecting your property to the domestic energy, hot, cold and waste water, services transportation system. The liability for payment of domestic energy, hot, cold, waste water supply will remain with that person.
If this agreement is canceled you must quiet pay us for all domestic energy, hot, cold and waste water services which we provided to you earlier we stopped supplying domestic energy, hot, cold and waste water services. Responsibility for and ownership of residential energy, hot, cold and waste water equipment. We may separate your property from the domestic energy, hot, cold and waste water services transportation system.
