What you should know about Form Massage Therapy
It all started when.....the tyre from my bike came loose, then came off entirely, and me with it. I then had to carry the bike all the way home up a steep hill. In intense agony I sought the care of a massage therapist who released my aches and got me moving again, and I have never looked back. As a keen runner and yoga practitioner, I know that massage is what keeps my body in good knick.
Whilst living and travelling through Europe, I enrolled in an introductory course at the London School of Sports Massage, which then turned into a diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage Therapy, which I completed in 2010. I never met a more passionate group of teachers to take me through my training and help me along the way of my chosen career path.
I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so I have trained in various massage techniques to achieve the best results for you and your body, with continual training every year and self research.
I also surround myself with other health professionals that can further help you with your individual treatment plans; personal trainers, yoga teachers, osteopath, chiropractor, acupuncturist or physiotherapy.
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, reading, photography and cuddling my two black cats.
