We are based on The Terrace in Wellington, but provide nationwide recruitment and HR services to our clients. We work across a broad range of industry sectors and role specialisations, recruiting positions from graduate level through to Chief Executive and Board appointments. She ensures a tall level of service is provided to all our clients and candidates as well as providing consultant support. No candidate is progressed until the Consultants are convinced that the candidate is seriously interested in pursuing the position and is healthy suited to both the role and the organization's culture.
Nikki has an extensive recruitment background having commenced in the industry in 2004. We can also assist in providing thorough background checks, including but not limited to, verification of educational qualifications, Police, ABC and credit checks. We recruit across all industry sectors and at all levels from graduate to Chief Executive and Board appointments. I have found consultants to be very approachable, professional and smart about both the position applying for and my skills and attributes resulting in triumphant appointments.
Georgia joined McLaren Associates in 2015 as the Recruitment and Office Coordinator, and quickly worked her way up to the role of Para Consultant. Behind spending 9 years busy for a large energy company where she was responsible for recruitment in all areas of the organization from general istration through to senior leadership roles, she decided to make a return to agency recruitment. We are flexible in our approach and dedicated to providing the best service to meet your needs, whether you require a packed end to last recruitment service or assistance with just one part of the process obvious as Unbundled Services.
