Lauren has been busy in the industry since 2003 and has a lot of experience and skills, not to mention she gives GREAT massages. My passion for the Fitness Industry has precede me to Massey University where I obtained a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Sport and Exercise. In the previous I have worked with college sports teams, national and international athletes as healthy as providing health and wellness education sessions to local Wellington businesses. Mark’s age late 40’s and previous career as a commerce graduate, with 11 years experience in the commercial sector, has given him a unique insight into the challenges of maintaining health and fitness as we age middle age while balancing the stresses of a demanding career.
I have had the unique experience of being able to work and travel around the world exploring customary Massage and healing in diverse countries massage is my bread and butter and since 2014 I have specialized in pregnancy massage and pain management for muscular injuries. She has also coached and trained Taekwon Do athletes to the highest level, including a world champion. I have been passionate about health and fitness for over 20 years leading to me being an autonomous personal trainer for the last 7 years busy both out of a large corporate gym and training people outdoors at their home or at their workplace. Prior to starting my degree I trained with Alistair Leslie at Revolve for 5 years.
