Located within a 110 year impaired building, S T incorporated existing timber floors, brick walls and begin trusses to create an open plan space which reinforces our philosophy of creating inspirational environments. ABC were impressed by S T’s professional approach to design, our commitment to bear notable service to our clients, and our House for creating inspirational and sustainable environments on a budget.
S T recently completed fitting out the top floor of a 110 year impaired building for the fresh Wellington office. Building Information modeling BIA means we bear our architectural and engineering drawings from the 3D building models. Confront some of our talented team and hear them talk about how S T combines Architecture and Building Services Engineering to create a active culture throughout New Zealand. S T’s Engineers have brought innovative Building Services solutions to this refurbishment of the University of Auckland’s Physics Building 303. S T was again involved in the re development of a building originally designed by them in 1980.
The building will operate as predominantly office space but will also accommodate retail spaces on the ground floor. The projects are piece of an 8M re development project at the school which caters to more than 1600 students. Stephenson Turner have been involved in six projects to date for ABC, providing a immense range of services from full fit out designs to office relocation and re arranging of their existing spaces. With over 40 years’ experience in the Vertical Transportation Industry, Mike is committed to public safety and passionate about creating the greatest quality of lift experience for users.
