What you should know about THE BRESOLIN
30AM LATE SAT SUN 9AM LATE Ph WILLIS ST, WELLINGTON. We'll be closed this week Monday 20th March Sunday 26th March will announce further closure as we establish exactly what needs to be done for us to move towards reopening our doors. The warmer months see the roof roll back, sun cream out rays pouring in all day long. Just off the main dining room is a private dining room featuring textured wall paper, a chainmail chandelier large dining table which can seat from 8 to 14 guests.
Leonardo Lorenzo or Nardi Enzo as known to their friends were born into the Wellington hospitality industry. Their father, Venetian born Remiro Bresolin, opened the first pizzeria in New Zealand then started Wellington's first recognised fine dining restaurant, the celebrated Il Casino. Nardi, the oldest of the two brothers, is a graduate of the famous Swiss Hotel Management School. His hands on management technique impeccable eye for detail both contribute to his success in the industry.
He crossed the ditch to sharpen his skills at Bisto Moncur and Vini in Sydney and returned to successfully lead the team as Head Chef of Crazy Horse the Steakhouse. Lucas opened The Bresolin in partnership with Nardi Enzo, where he designed his own kitchen got his dream of having his very own wood fire grill. She did a stint around bars of Auckland and came to settle back in her home town, Wellington, where she rocked the worlds of Mighty Mighty, Sweet Mothers Kitchen Poquito

Every Burger of the Month will be available alongside our Main Menu 11 00am slow on Weekdays, 3 30pm slow Saturday Sunday our Brunch Menu 9 00am 3 00pm Saturday Sunday. Born from our love of all things delicious awesome, The Bresolin is a unique bar, restaurant courtyard where the good times roll.
Head Chef Lucas Jock has designed our Main Menu to be vast to share sources seasonal ingredients to create dishes that draw influence flavors from around the world. The courtyard can comfortably retain up to 60 people seated or 100 people standing. Our food beverage menus are all designed to donate a memorable dining experience at affordable price points. For our April Beast Feast event we are collaborating with the awesome local craft brewery, Good George!.
Reservations can be made for tables of 6 15 people can be booked over the phone or by our online booking from below.
