She has broad knowledge of General Insurance and is focused on providing her clients with excellent customer service. Steve joined Wilkinson Insurance in December 2008 as an Account Executive after 10 years experience in the underwriting side of the industry where he spent most of this time at Lumley General Insurance as an Account Manager underwriting and managing relationships for corporate and commercial companies. Steve brings a broad range of knowledge and skill along with his corporate and risk management strengths. Recently her role has changed and Lucy helps to manage our corporate portfolio, Lucy is enjoying the new responsibilities and challenges that this role brings her. He has been broking for over 20 years of this time and prior to this held various Risk Management and Account Manager roles with New Zealand’s leading insurers.
Kevin has over 40 years in the insurance industry both as an underwriter and a broker and brings significant industry experience in general insurance and broking as well as technical expertise in policy drafting, management, risk assessment and claims negotiation. Graham has 39 years experience in the insurance industry in both England and New Zealand with the last 25 of these working as a corporate account executive for various broking houses. Graham has worked as a broker and risk advisor to many of New Zealand’s leading companies and government departments and brings to us a wide and diverse knowledge. Graham truly appreciates the value of superior customer service and Wilkinsons are pleased to welcome an employee with such a proven track record . The last 8 and half years were spent at Lumley General Insurance also doing a variety of tasks involved with the insurance industry.
The majority of Conrad’s 23 years experience has been in management roles and a corporate and commercial underwriter. He brings corporate and risk management strengths to the company having been involved in underwriting programmes for many of the New Zealand’s larger companies. Wayne recently joined Rothbury Wilkinson’s and has been in the insurance industry for 13 years. Kimberley has recently joined the Rothbury Wilkinsons team as our Taxi Scheme istrator after making the big move from our Auckland office where she was working in our Premium Funding team.
She joined the team at Rothbury Wilkinson’s in September 2015 as commercial broker support for Graham, Kevin and Steve. Kelly has a good knowledge of the general insurance industry, and is looking forward to the challenge and new experiences her role will bring. Christine has come from Rothbury Wellington branch to assist with integration into the Rothbury systems. We are committed to providing an excellent standard of independent professional service through the ongoing training and development of a highly motivated, creative and skilled team of brokers.
