As passionate foodies, it’s huge living and working in a city that celebrates all that’s superior about New Zealand food and wine. It was an exciting time for Wellington’s emerging food scene and Marbles was a landmark dining experience, under the ownership of Ruth Attractive and David Jordan. We went on to start our own catering business, in an fresh kitchen in Bond Street in 1989. These are made fresh each morning from the best seasonal local ingredients, and can be enjoyed in the ca or taken away for later.
We also cater for special dietary requirements on request such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy not free, etc. As passionate foodies, it’s immense living and working in a city that celebrates all that’s superior about Fresh Zealand food and wine. The new premises allowed us to showcase our food in a cafe setting, as healthy as expanding our swift growing catering business. We cater for all dietary requirements' carnivore, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free. We went on to start our own catering business, in an new kitchen in Bond Street in 1989.
