What you should know about Workspace Vision
For the last 10 years, the Directors have focused on developing big building expertise alongside our interior works and we now have a large portfolio of multi storey building refurbishment and seismic strengthening projects alongside our interior fitout projects. All our staff have more than 10 years experience in the Commercial Building Sector. Claire’s expertise includes Briefing, Sketch and Developed Design, Client Management, Contract Management, Building Refurbishment, Earthquake Strengthening and Project Management. Centreport Building strengthening, refurbishment and tenancy fitout on going . Rob coordinates the larger team of consultants to provide the integrated documentation for our building projects.
Rob is currently working closely with Engineers and Contractors to detail the Architectural aspects of seismic refurbishment to many of the Wellington tower buildings. 15,00 sqm of integrated tenancy fitout and base building refurbishment of Datacom House . He works with a team to detail and document the projects for Building Consent and pricing. Usually Barryn manages his projects on site working closely with the contractors. He has completed sketch designs, working drawings and on site construction observation and istration for many of the projects in the office.
Angela Stockman BDes Interior Architecture Angela has been with workspace architects for more than 7 years and has developed skills across the design, documentation and construction management of our work. Often she works collaboratively to develop design details to strengthen the brand theming and then takes these designs through into detailed designs for pricing and Building Consent. Angela has worked closely with Director Rob Sinclair over the years to produce tender documentation for many of our larger projects. She also takes an active role on site attending to much of the day to day coordination with the building contractors.
In the earliest stages Karys works with the Client to explore how they work, completing space planning and test fit designs, and then moves into interpreting the Clients business expression in the fitout. Karys also project manages her projects on site, being an effective communicator between the Client, architect, and construction team. Lakshmi is an essential part of the Contract Documentation team and enjoys creating design spaces for offices, shops and the retail market. She works day to day in the practice ensuring that systems are in place for the appropriate management of our projects and interface with our Clients.

We design the works and assemble all the documentation required for building consent and competitive pricing and we manage the entire building programme from start to finish, including sourcing the furnishings and fittings to complete the design. We often create a 3 D model to confirm that we've respected your brand and designed a solution that fits. Working closely with our services consultants we create a blueprint’ for your project which is used to apply for and obtain any required resource or building consents.
