We are hands on property managers, personally managing all aspects of each property that we are responsible for, from marketing and tenant selection to arranging property repairs and maintenance. MIKE SEAGAR Mike became a joint owner of Active Property Management in 2001 behind a thriving banking career, mainly in business lending and project management.

We have done a few jobs now for Active Property Management and we have found them to be friendy, honest and for contractors, very quick in paying.
