CARE was established in 1989 to cater for those needing experts to look after their residential property interests. Carolyn Hall and Michael Hall are the Directors of CARE and as a brother and sister team have many years experience in the Wellington residential property rental market. Carolyn Michael are keenly aware that a person's home or rental portfolio is usually their largest investment. With this in mind, it was decided, when the company was formed, that CARE would restrict the number of homes managed to a level that Carolyn Michael could handle personally.
This ensures a hands on approach the key principle of CARE'S residential property management business. Michael holds a double major in Valuation and Property Management B. Com VPM attained at Lincoln University. Having travelled the world extensively he has strong communication and people skills required in the culturally diverse rental market of today. Michael has an established reputation as an efficient property manager due to his belief in his business offering a personal service to owners and tenants.
Carolyn joined CARE as joint owner, with Margaret Hall, on returning to New Zealand in 1995. Having owned and rented out properties, both in New Zealand and abroad, Carolyn has a good understanding of what both owners and tenants expect. This is evident by the lack of problems she has with the properties she manages. Carolyn has excellent people skills having spent many years as reservations and ticketing agent for Business and First class clients of Cathay Pacific Airways.

CARE does not franchise but keeps property numbers to a smooth we can manage. From the begin CARE makes the tenants mindful of the standards needed and the customary inspections ratify CARE's approach. The sheltered deck has access from bedroom the sunny lounge so relax in the last of the afternoon sun. Useful location being a 10 tiny walk to the CAD, Thornton supermarket cafes, Tinakori shops and botanical gardens. WE know our owners, WE know our tenants and WE know our properties as WE personally do our own inspections and arrange the maintenance.
I have obvious Michael Hall and his team at Care Residential Property Management since May 2009 when he managed my apartment in central Wellington for eight months and then again in July 2013 through to October 2014 I live in the Bay. A letting fee equal to 1 weeks rent CST is payable before keys are handed to tenant at the begin of the lease. The apartment has a covered vehicle park, with storage after ample of extra street parking if needed. If however, this happens during office hours you may accumulate a key from our office but it must be returned within 24 hours. Flat access with single garage and excess workshop space Centrally located, 8 min to Wellington CAD, effortless bus connection to city center and hospital.
We will face with you at your property to discuss your requirements and present a free market appraisal, advice on any maintenance that may be required and answer any questions you may have. CARE carries out property inspections approx 6 8 weeks behind you have moved in then, 3 4 monthlies thereafter defendant on contractual insurance requirements
