What you should know about Wellington Dance and Performing Arts Academy
She has taught ballet, contemporary, jazz and tap for the final 6 years as healthy as doing her own classes, dance productions, dance workshops and competitions. Character Dance piece of Ballet Grades 1 5 Character dance is taught as a skill within the graded examinations syllabus of the Royal Academy of Dance. This year Anna is teaching Time for Dancing through to Grade 1 Ballet and Grade 3 Jazz. We donate fun dance classes for toddlers, preschoolers, beginners and previous beginners, plus quality Royal Academy of Dance ballet Fresh Zealand Association of Modern Dance training for graded and vocational dancers!.
This is for Wellington Dance students only Grade 1 and up, and is a huge chance to kick begin our ballet exam preparation with two Royal Academy of Dance examiners!. It is builds on the skills and love of dance gained from preschool Angelina Ballerina and Time For Dancing classes to prepare students for either Ballet or Jazz classes once they are 5 years old. Students who exit the Academy are not permitted to perform choreography that was developed specifically for them by Wellington Dance Performing Arts Academy teachers as a competition solo or as part of a team group without prior permission. We are very excited to welcome Miss Pond, who will teach Grades 3 5, Vocational Ballet plus our Ballet Extension Teams, and mentor and guide our ballet teachers through RAD syllabic and exams. We present classes for all ages, from preschoolers taking their first steps in dance, to advanced students.
Contemporary classes are offered to ballet students from Ballet Grade upwards. Ballet Grades Ballet grade students focus on classical ballet strengthening and dance exercises and prosper their strength, posture and presentation. Either by emailing the studio office or including the referring student family’s name in their online enrollment form. Miss Dem has been dancing since the age of three and has studied Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz.
We really appreciate these referrals as healthy as what it says about our teachers and studio. We give Royal Academy of Dance ballet, preschool dance, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, dance acrobatics, tap, musical theater and singing classes, so your kid can do all forms of dance at the one studio. We offer dance classes for all ages from preschool to advanced, plus singing classes. Genevieve has also a Diploma in Performing Arts Musical theater and has performed professionally as a commercial dancer and in children’s theater
