Partnering with the health sector, both regionally and nationally, we provide a range of expertise and services to support District Health Boards to achieve their health care targets, and improve the services they provide to all New Zealanders. This is delivered through a team of planning and delivery experts, including . To successfully partner the health system through providing expert resources and knowledge in a highly connected and collaborative way to facilitate better health and wellbeing outcomes for all New Zealanders. Strategic planning and analysis for the national District Health Board executive. We are passionate about achieving continuous improvement that will deliver better health and wellbeing outcomes for New Zealanders. 2011 The National Services, Strategic Employment Relations and Collaboration functions servicing the 20 National District Health Boards, known as DHB Shared Services, became part of TAS under a hosting arrangement.
Our business is led by our Senior Leadership Team SLT , made up of our Chief Executive, and seven senior managers. Tricia Sloan General Manager, Planning and Collaboration including Business Intelligence . He has experience in a wide range of audit areas and has worked in different roles within private and government banks in Germany before he moved to New Zealand in 2008. Jon has worked in the health sector for more than 20 years in senior management positions. His speciality interest is in matters related to improving the health of older people and has a strong belief that patients should be at the centre of care planning and service delivery.
She has held a number of senior health sector posts including six years as Chief Executive of the Waikato District Health Board and seven years as Chief Executive of the Accident Compensation Corporation ACC . In the past he has held CEO roles in the Foundation for Research Science and Technology and the Ministry of Science and Innovation and, prior to that, senior management positions in IT, finance and banking in the Trust Bank Group and roles as Chief Operating Officer at ACC and Assistant Governor in the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. He is a former member of the Waikato District Health Board, Chair of Waiariki Institute of Technology and Board Member of Institutes of Technology Polytechnics New Zealand. Wendy was the former Deputy Chair of the Auckland Museum Trust Board and holds community and private governance roles. As of 31 of March 2017 we will no longer have a presence at 186 Willis Street.

Community Pharmacy Our team is responsible for working with District Health Boards and the wider health sector to implement the new Community Pharmacy Services Agreement. Health Informatics Our team works with the health sector to develop systems that ensure the right information gets to healthcare professionals at the right time, so they can deliver the most appropriate care for patients. Health of Older People Our team works collaboratively with District Health Boards, the Ministry of Health, and wider health sector to improve the delivery of health and disability services to older New Zealanders through a joint programme of work.
Planning and Collaboration Our team partners with the health sector to provide planning services to support development of regional and national plans, that not only enhance the effectiveness of collaboration among key executive groups, but also enable them to deliver on key work programmes and projects. Business Support Services Our team provides Human Resources, IT, Finance, Strategic Planning, Project Management and Communications support to all areas of the business
